The following resources represent a collection of documents from the Chapter 78a rulemaking process regarding oil and gas regulations. Furthermore, it may be necessary to view certain decisions via an online legal research database.

• SB 279 (January 16, 2015) (Introduced in the Pennsylvania Senate and referred to Environmental Resources and Energy)
• The Pennsylvania Grade Crude Development Act (SB 279) (June 23, 2016) (Approved by Governor Wolf following an agreement with the Pennsylvania Legislature that this Act would only disapprove Chapter 78 regulations, allowing Chapter 78a regulations to continue to final passage)
