Home Game Weekends: The Library is not staffed on Saturdays when the football team plays at home. The Katz building and library are accessible to the LAW/SIA community with their PSU ID. Please note the Katz parking lot closes at midnight on those Saturdays. There will be limited staffing on Saturdays on away game/by-week weekends.
Monday, November 25; Tuesday, November 26th: STAFFED 9A-4P
Wednesday, November 27 - Friday, November 29: CLOSED. PSU ID access for the LAW/SIA communities.
Friday, December 20th: STAFFED 9A-4P; Library access 7A-4P
Saturday, December 21, 2024 - Sunday, January 5, 2025: CLOSED/ PSU ID access for the LAW/SIA communities.
*Members of the Penn State Law and School of International Affairs Community retain 24/7/365 PSU ID access.

After-hours access to the Law Library is limited to Penn State Law and SIA communities. During all hours when the Law Library doors are locked, LAW, SIA, and LL.M. students, faculty, and staff may use their Penn State ID cards or mobile id+ cards to access the Law Library.
Library staff will not open the entrance doors when they are locked.
Propping the Law Library doors open is not permitted and will result in an audible alarm and notification to local police authorities.
EMERGENCY EXITS: All users of the Law Library are to enter and exit through the library's main entrance only unless otherwise authorized. Other library doors are not to be used except in emergencies. An alarm will sound whenever these doors are opened.
THEFT WARNING: The Lewis Katz Building and Law Library are accessible to the public Monday - Friday. All library users should protect their personal property from theft by assuring that valuables are not left unattended in the Law library. The Law Library and Law School are not responsible for lost or stolen property.
