Exceptional dates:
Home Game Weekends: The Library is not staffed on Saturdays when the football team plays at home. The Katz building and library are swipe card accessible to the LAW/SIA community. Please note the Katz parking lot closed at midnight on those Saturdays. There will be limited staffing on Saturdays on away game/byweek weekends.
Wednesday, November 27 - Friday, November 29: CLOSED. Swipe card access for the LAW/SIA communities.
*Members of the Penn State Law and School of International Affairs Community retain 24/7/365 swipe card access with their PSU ID card.

After-hours access to the Law Library is limited to Penn State Law and SIA communities. During all hours when the Law Library doors are locked, LAW, SIA, and LL.M. students, faculty, and staff may use their Penn State ID cards to access the Law Library. To enter the Law Library, slide your PSU ID through the swipe card readers outside of the main door to the Library.
Members of the LAW and SIA communities must remember their PSU IDs. Library staff will not open the entrance doors when they are locked.
Propping the Law Library doors open is not permitted and will result in an audible alarm and notification to local police authorities.
EMERGENCY EXITS: All users of the Law Library are to enter and exit through the library's main entrance only unless otherwise authorized. Other library doors are not to be used except in emergencies. An alarm will sound whenever these doors are opened.
THEFT WARNING: The Lewis Katz Building and Law Library are assessible to the public Monday - Friday, 7:30A-5P. All library users should protect their personal property from theft by assuring that valuables are not left unattended in the Law library. The Law Library and Law School are not responsible for lost or stolen property.
